Brid was raised between Te Moana-a-Toitehuatahi, Ceredigion and Te Tai Poutini, before attending Ōtākau Whakaihu Waka in Ōtepoti. She is a proud slutty dyke. She lives in Pōneke with her beloved wife, an indefatigable sense of wonder, and an ever-expanding list of DIY projects.
